1. The Supplier is selected on the basis of their ability to meet MCPI's requirement.
2. The purchasing procedure is conducted based on the procurement of the most appropriate goods and services at the most appropriate timing from the most appropriate Supplier on the most economical basis, price competitiveness and terms of payment.
3. The purchasing procedure is conducted impartially, fairly and sincerely without any prejudice.
4. The purchasing transactions are settled based on factors like quality, lead-time, price and other terms and conditions that may be deemed necessary depending upon the nature of goods. Company endeavours to get as many quotations as possible and such quotations are compared and evaluated.
