- The Performance Management system includes mid-year and year end talent reviews, through which the strengths, areas of improvement and development needs of all levels of employees are identified.
Performance Process:
- Though the entry level of a person into the organization is determined through various factors such as qualification, experience, skill sets etc., the career progression after entry depends solely on the performance of an individual.
- We have developed a performance management system, which addresses not only the key result areas of individuals but also critical attributes required for performing a function. Constraints faced towards fulfilling a target are also taken into cognizance.
- Half-yearly reviews are held and employees are suitably rewarded depending on performance vis-à-vis the pre-defined targets. The individual targets are linked to departmental targets, which in turn are linked to the Organization’s goal.
- Recommended promotions, however, are considered keeping the following points in mind:
- Available vacancy in the next higher grade
- Potential of the candidate to perform in the next higher grade
- Consistently good performance over the last couple of years
Retention of Employees:
Pre-placement discussion & presentation, proper job allocation, delegation of authorities, employee support initiatives, reward & recognition, strong organizational two way communication and high class welfare amenities helps us to retain our employees.
Succession planning:
MCPI's succession planning process ensures strong bench strength to support growth. The process also takes into account the motivational fit and job rotation plan of the individual. Learning & development initiatives are aligned with the strategic objectives, organizational targets and individual competencies.
