Raw Materials to High Quality Output

MCPI’s chemical manufacturing process is designed to produce high-quality Purified Terephthalic Acid, a key raw material for polyester production. The process begins with the oxidation of Paraxylene (PX), followed by a second oxidation step to produce Crude Terephthalic Acid (CTA). This is then subjected to dissolution, filtration, and separation to ensure purity. Further refinement through hydrogenation and crystallisation culminates in the production of PTA. Known for high-quality PTA production, MCPI consistently provides to a wide range of industries, including textiles, packaging, and more.
