At MCPI, we believe our responsibility goes beyond manufacturing. That’s why we focus on sustainability, ethics, and giving back to the communities around us. We are dedicated to making a meaningful contribution to the well-being of the communities we serve. Our three-pronged CSR strategy focuses on Women Empowerment, Education, and Health to drive lasting change.
Women Empowerment
We are dedicated to supporting women through various empowerment initiatives. Our projects aim to enhance economic independence and social equality. We help women gain financial independence through skills training and support programmes. We empower women with tools, resources, and opportunities to thrive. By fostering leadership and promoting gender equality, we contribute to a more inclusive society.
Education
At MCPI, we prioritise the future of our youth. Through book distributions, school infrastructure enhancements, and educational programs, we work towards making quality education accessible to underserved students. Our focus on education helps break the cycle of poverty and enables children to unlock their potential, paving the way for a brighter future.
Health
Our health initiatives focus on improving access to healthcare services, especially for the underprivileged. We organise free medical camps with specialists and general physicians, providing much-needed treatment to those without access to healthcare. We also offer eye treatment programs, promoting better vision and overall well-being in local communities.
Community Infrastructure
We have extended financial support to orphanages for the improvement of lodging facilities, including the construction and refurbishment of doors, windows, flooring, electrical fittings, and living spaces, thereby enhancing safety and habitability for under-privileged residents. Additionally, support was also provided for the renovation of the dining hall at a boys’ hostel for blind students significantly improving the quality of shared community spaces and overall living conditions. MCPI extended a donation towards the construction of Physics, Biology, Nutrition, and Geography laboratories at a rural high school, enhancing access to quality educational infrastructure.
Water & Hygiene
MCPI has financed the establishment of a drinking water purification plant at a rural high school as part of the organization’s CSR initiatives, reinforcing its commitment to health, hygiene, and sustainable community development. The organization has also supported the construction of sanitation facilities at orphanages, reinforcing access to safe and hygienic infrastructure and contributing to improved health, dignity, and well-being of the beneficiaries.
