TCG Strategy Conclave 2026 Brings Group Leaders Together to Shape Future Direction

The TCG Strategy Conclave 2026, a landmark gathering that brought together leaders from across The Chatterjee Group to share perspectives, exchange insights, and shape the Group’s collective strategic direction was held on 15th January at Kolkata.
The very purpose of the Conclave was to provide a platform for all TCG entities to review current business performance, present strategic action plans for future years including five-year business outlooks and most importantly, strengthening cross-entity understanding and collaboration.
In a world of shifting trade norms, rising geopolitical complexities, and rapid advances in Agentic AI, the TCG Strategy Conclave 2026 called on leaders to respond with agility and clarity. With discussions ranging from future roadmaps to tech and AI-driven transformation, the Conclave reinforced the need for constant reinvention in this “Age of Strategy.” It brought together delegates from across TCG, inspiring collaboration, fresh perspectives, and collective action toward a future-ready Group.
