The MCPI 4.0 Award Ceremony – A Manifesto for Survival & Growth was held during the company’s Silver Jubilee celebration to honour teams and individuals who have significantly contributed to operational excellence and transformative growth.

The awards were presented by Mr. Debi Prasad Patra, Managing Director & CEO, MCPI, to the winners of the MCPI 4.0 initiative.

Over the past 5 years, this transformative journey has witnessed the successful completion of 700+ micro-projects driven by Performance Enhancement Groups (PEGs) - focused on enhancing efficiency, optimising costs, and improving reliability.
